About St. Elizabeth Healthcare

St. Elizabeth Healthcare features six facilities throughout Northern Kentucky - St. Elizabeth Covington, St. Elizabeth Edgewood, St. Elizabeth Falmouth, St. Elizabeth Florence, St. Elizabeth Ft. Thomas, and St. Elizabeth Grant. It also has vast resources to serve the Greater Cincinnati area, including almost 1,200 licensed beds, a physician organization which includes 61 primary care and specialty office locations, more than 1,200 physicians with admitting privileges, more than 7,300 associates including St. Elizabeth Physicians, and three freestanding imaging centers. St. Elizabeth Healthcare is sponsored by the Diocese of Covington and provided more than $83 million in uncompensated care and benefit to the community in 2010.

For the past five years, St. Elizabeth Healthcare has been named both one of America’s 50 Best Hospitals, by HealthGrades, and a 100 Top Hospital, by Thomson Reuters. They were the region’s first hospital to receive Magnet® status, nursing's highest honor, in 2006 and were re-designated in September 2010 (at St. Elizabeth Edgewood, St. Elizabeth Covington, and St. Elizabeth Grant). And in 2008, St. Elizabeth was inducted into the Cincinnati Business Courier’s Greater Cincinnati’s Best Place to Work Hall of Fame after repeatedly winning that distinction in 2005, 2007 and in 2008.
